• Communicate with dispatch/admin teams

This app is strictly for authorized delivery personnel only.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized by Loadify or its partners
• Use the app only for official delivery-related purposes

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

By using the app, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Use the app only during authorized working hours
• Follow delivery instructions and company policies
• Not misuse, copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app

Any misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

• The app collects real-time and background location data
• Location data is used only for:
  
  • Delivery tracking
  • Route optimization
  • Operational and safety purposes

By using the app, you explicitly consent to location tracking during active delivery sessions.

You may upload:

• Delivery photos
• Signatures
• Notes related to deliveries

You confirm that all uploaded content is genuine and related only to official delivery tasks.

Loadify reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access without prior notice
• Disable accounts due to policy violations, fraud, or misuse7. Limitation of Liability

Loadify shall not be liable for:

• Network issues or app downtime
• GPS inaccuracies
• Device-related failures
• Loss or damage caused outside the app’s control

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in India.
